Our refund and exchange policies
This section describes how refunds are calculated and explains our refund procedures, including for gift orders.
Our refund procedures do not affect your rights.
Refund Notes:
- The refund is made by crediting the amount to the same payment method you chose for the purchase. Any changes to the method of accreditation will be communicated in advance.
- You can check returns and full refunds in the order summary within the Account section. If returns and refunds don’t appear after four weeks of you shipping your return, please contact us for further assistance.
When can I get the refund?
Items being returned because it is incorrect, damaged or defective.
If you are returning an item due to our error or because the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, and was not possible to proceed with the repair or replacement, you will be refunded the price of the item.
Il Giardino di Corten will check all the items that have been returned as damaged or defective. In the event that no defect is found, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs and any other costs incurred.
Items returned within 30 days
You can return the products purchased on ilgiardinodicorten.it up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the same. In this case we will refund the price of the item. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred to receive the product or other services associated with your purchase. The costs of returning the item to ilgiardinodicorten.it will not be reimbursed but will remain at your expense.
Right of withdrawal within 10 days
When you give up the purchase within ten working days from delivery of the item, you will be refunded both the price of the item and the shipping costs you incurred to receive it. The following guidelines will apply to the withdrawal:
- If you return an item that is part of a multiple order, you will only be refunded the costs relating to the single returned item.
- If you return an entire order, you will be refunded the shipping costs relating to the entire order.
- The costs for returning the item to ilgiardinodicorten.it will not be refunded and will remain at your expense.
When can I get the item replacement?
Items replaced because they are incorrect, damaged or defective
If the delivered item does not correspond to the item ordered on ilgiardinodicorten.it due to our error or because the item is damaged, defective or not the one you ordered, follow the procedure below:- Send us a report to the email address info@ilgiardinodicorten.it within 30 days of delivery of the item.
- Place the item to be replaced in the original packaging, together with the components inside, exactly as received.
- Proceed with the safe packaging of the goods to be replaced and send it to: Il Giardino di Corten, S.S. 13 Pontebbana Km. 144+68, – 33017 Collalto di Tarcento (UD)
Il Giardino di Corten may not accept the replacement request if it is ascertained that the item has been damaged due to unsuitable packaging when returned by the customer or due to the absence of components previously present in the packaging of the article.
